Looking for a Great Rib Recipe
Here is a great Rib Recipe, originally designed to be used on a Green Egg Ceramic style cooker it can be used on any grill with outstanding results. A few modifications to the heat controls will be needed depending on your style of grill. Preferred would be a Ceramic cooker, smoker or charcoal grill but a gas grill will work but maybe not quite the same kind of flavor.
